Advanced EMDR Intensive Training and Consultation for Therapists

Advanced EMDR Consultation + Practice Development

Design an EMDR intensive practice that is clinically deep, ethically grounded, and actually works for you.

You already know how to do EMDR.

Now you're ready to rethink the container in which you offer it.

Designing + Launching EMDR Intensives is an intimate, 3-month advanced consultation and implementation cohort for EMDR-trained therapists who want to thoughtfully move beyond the traditional weekly therapy model and begin offering extended or multi-day intensive work.

Together, we'll build the clinical framework, screening process, structure, pricing, policies, referral ecosystem, and launch plan you need to begin offering intensives with greater clarity and confidence.

6 live 2-hour meetings · Maximum 5 clinicians · $2,437

Two 2026–2027 cohorts: October to January + April to June
Live online · Open to clinicians across U.S. time zones

You may already feel yourself outgrowing the weekly model.

Maybe you've experimented with 90-minute sessions, extended EMDR sessions, half-days, or occasional intensives.

Maybe you've seen how much can happen when you don't have to interrupt meaningful processing because the clock says the session is over.

And maybe you've wondered:

Could I build my practice around this?

But moving into intensive work raises much bigger questions than simply extending a session.

How do you determine who is appropriate for intensive treatment? How do you structure preparation and integration? What changes when you're working for several hours—or several consecutive days? How do you price the work? What belongs in your policies and informed consent? How do you collaborate with a client's existing therapist? And how do you market intensives without overpromising what trauma treatment can accomplish?

Those are the questions this cohort is designed to help you answer.

BUILD YOUR MODEL

Not a copy of mine. One designed around the way you work.

A model that reflects your clinical approach, your clients, your capacity, your ethics, and the practice you actually want to build.

BUILD YOUR INTENSIVE MODEL

Not a copy of mine.

You'll leave with clarity around:

  • your intensive format and structure

  • screening, readiness and contraindications

  • preparation, processing and integration

  • pacing complex trauma within longer treatment windows

  • policies, documentation and informed consent

  • pricing and financial structure

  • working adjunctively with referring therapists

  • communicating what intensives can—and cannot—offer

  • marketing and referral development

  • a concrete plan for bringing your intensive offering into the world

You know how to do EMDR. Now let's build a different container for doing it.

Design + Launch an EMDR Intensive Practice
A 3-month advanced consultation and implementation cohort for experienced IFS-Informed EMDR clinicians ready to thoughtfully move beyond the weekly therapy model.

Learn from a therapist who built the practice you're considering.

I didn't start my career intending to build an intensives-only practice.

I spent years working within traditional therapy structures before gradually extending sessions and questioning whether the standard weekly model was always the best container for the depth of trauma work my clients were doing.

That evolution eventually led me to build a practice centered around multi-day, IFS-informed EMDR intensives.

Today, my clinical work has given me the opportunity to see what becomes possible when we have more time—not simply to process more material, but to slow down, listen to protective systems, attend to the nervous system, repair ruptures, integrate what emerges, and allow the work to unfold without repeatedly stopping and restarting.

This cohort brings together what I've learned clinically and operationally so that you don't have to invent your intensive model alone.

This isn't a webinar or just another training.

There are only five seats.

The cohort is intentionally limited to five clinicians so that we can work with your actual practice—not hypothetical examples.

You'll have space to bring your questions, clinical concerns, business decisions, stuck points, and evolving intensive model into the room.

You'll also be building alongside a small group of experienced EMDR clinicians wrestling with many of the same questions.

That combination of advanced consultation + implementation + peer community is what makes this different from simply taking another training.
